Common Panasonic problems

Panasonic AC cooling but airflow is weak

Clogged filters and a dirty indoor coil are the usual cause. A full jet-pump service cleans the coil, blower and drain tray.

Panasonic AC shows a code or blinking light

The indoor unit shows a code when it detects a fault. Note it before calling so we can bring the likely part.

Panasonic AC nanoe function not working

First check that nanoe is switched on in the remote settings. If it is on and still not working, the nanoe generator module needs checking.

Ice on Panasonic AC pipes or indoor coil

Ice usually means low gas or very low airflow. Switch the AC off to let it thaw and book a check; running it while iced can damage the compressor.

My Panasonic appliance is under warranty. Should I book you?

Please contact Panasonic first. Repair by an outside technician may affect Panasonic's warranty.

What do I pay if I don't go ahead with the repair?

You pay only the ₹350 visit charge, which covers the inspection. If you go ahead with the repair, there is no visit charge.

Which spare parts do you use?

We use quality spare parts. Before the repair we tell you which part is needed and its price, and we fit it only after you approve.

Can you come the same day?

Same-day visits are often possible when you book before {CUTOFF_TIME}, subject to technician availability. We'll confirm the time when you book.
