Independent Samsung fridge, washing machine & AC repair

The machine isn't getting enough water. Check that the tap is fully open and the inlet hose isn't kinked. If the supply is fine, the inlet valve or its mesh filter usually needs cleaning or replacing.

The machine can't drain. A blocked drain filter (front-load models) or a kinked drain hose is the most common cause; otherwise the drain pump may need replacing.

In frost-free models this usually points to a defrost fault: the defrost heater, sensor or control. We test each part before replacing anything.

Common causes are a dirty filter or coil, low gas from a leak, or an outdoor-unit fault. We check pressure and leak points before any gas refill.
